Wayform helps you find official travel-application routes and prepare supported forms, photos and documents. We are independent of governments, embassies and visa centres. These terms explain what you receive when you use or purchase our services.
Free guidance and paid packages
Country guides, official application links, document tools and signature capture are free. A country appearing in our directory does not mean we offer a guided form or photo export for every application. Check the availability and restrictions shown for your selected route.
A guided form package costs $9.99 USD. It provides guided questions, basic completeness checks and an editable PDF made from the listed official template. A photo package costs $4.99 USD for one selected application format. Both packages include 30 days of edits and downloads from the order date; the access end date is shown with your order. Each purchase is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The total is shown before you pay. Where offered, a $12.99 USD bundle includes one guided form and one selected photo format, sharing the same 30-day access period.
Government fees, appointments, legal advice, application submission, physical printing and delivery are not included. A print photo route provides a printable sheet. You arrange printing and submission yourself.
Review before you pay and submit
Check the receiving authority’s current instructions, choose the correct application channel and review your preview before paying. Provide accurate information and use only documents and images you are authorised to process. Review every downloaded page and image before submission, and follow the authority’s requirements for photographs, original documents and handwritten signatures.
We do not determine visa eligibility, verify your identity, certify a photo or guarantee acceptance of an application. The receiving authority makes those decisions. Translation suggestions and automated file checks can be wrong; you are responsible for checking the final answers and files.
Your files and access
Form answers, photos and finished files are not saved in our order database. During checkout, your form draft is kept temporarily in the same browser tab. If it is no longer available, you must enter the answers again. For photos, re-upload your original and adjust the crop after checkout or when returning. Purchase recovery restores eligible download access, not your previous answers, photo or finished file.
Keep your order reference and access to the checkout email. You can restore eligible purchases on another browser from My purchases. Access ends on the date shown for your order, or when a refund is processed. Downloads are also suspended if the payment is disputed.
Your purchase covers the selected form or photo format and the version recorded at checkout. A material specification or template change may make that version unavailable; it does not automatically include a different product. If a change prevents you from using a purchase during its access period, contact us for a correction or refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Photo and document preparation
Photo preparation supports only the formats and restrictions shown on the selected route. Some authorities require an original file, professional photograph or in-person capture. Document tools can select, reorder, rotate and combine pages and convert supported images to PDF. Image size reduction can affect readability. Keep your original files and check the result.
Optional background cleanup is a separate experimental preview, processed through Replicate only after your consent and subject to usage limits. It is not included in application-photo exports and does not certify acceptance. Use an edited background only where the receiving authority explicitly permits it; do not use a replaced background for a US passport application.
Signature images
The signature tool captures an image of your own signature for services that accept signature-image uploads. It does not create a certified digital signature or replace an original handwritten signature required by the receiving authority.
Refunds and consumer rights
You can request a refund of the Wayform service fee within 14 days of purchase, including after downloading a file. See the refund policy for the process. We do not ask you to waive statutory cancellation rights just because digital access starts immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that apply to you.
Privacy and policy changes
Our privacy notice explains how we process your information. We may update these terms as the service changes. The terms shown when you purchase apply to that purchase, subject to changes required by law. A policy update does not reduce an existing purchase’s promised access period or refund rights.
Family photo packs and partners
A family photo pack costs $11.99 USD for three adult photo slots in the supported formats. Each slot uses the same original JPEG and selected format, with up to six export preparations in a shared 30-day period from starting checkout. Purchase recovery does not extend access or reset usage. The family pack terms explain the full scope. Approved travel-agent referrals follow the partner terms; customers pay the usual product price and agencies cannot access their files.
