Is Wayform a government service?
No. Wayform is an independent form-preparation service. Official forms and application links are available directly from the issuing authority.
Can every application be completed here?
Some countries require an online portal, an appointment or additional documents. We show the official next step and offer guided preparation only for supported PDFs.

Do I need an account?
Your purchase, without an account. Use your checkout email to return to a paid form or photo package. No password needed.
How long can I access my purchase?
30 days from order creation. Returning or recovering access does not extend this deadline.
Are my files saved or sent by email?
We do not store or email your answers, photos or finished files. Email links restore purchase access only. Download before leaving this page. Working copies are not saved.
Can I use any photo?
Use a sharp, unedited portrait with the required real background. With your consent, we send a JPEG copy of up to 8 megapixels for processing. Your original stays unchanged. Use a real, recent photo. Avoid filters, retouching and generated faces. Background removal is not approved for these presets.
Does Wayform guarantee acceptance?
We do not determine visa eligibility, verify your identity, certify a photo or guarantee acceptance of an application. The receiving authority makes those decisions. Translation suggestions and automated file checks can be wrong; you are responsible for checking the final answers and files.
Can I request a refund?
If you change your mind about a paid form or photo package, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the Wayform service fee. You do not need to give a reason. Generating or downloading a file does not remove this refund option.
