Two trimmed 2 × 2 inch prints of one reviewed adult U.S. paper-passport photo, including printing, handling and standard untracked U.S. mail. The digital photo stays $4.99. Selecting this add-on produces one $14.98 USD payment with two separate line items. This add-on does not change your digital access or the price of any passport form.

Delivery is limited to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including PO Boxes. No overseas, territory or military-address delivery in this pilot. Do not use this service for an urgent appointment. Tracking and expedited shipping are not included.

This is not a Canadian passport, visa, USCIS or online-passport-renewal service. We do not edit facial features or replace backgrounds. You must supply your own current photograph and review it against the official U.S. photo rules. Government acceptance is not guaranteed.

Temporary storage for printing

Only after you separately opt in, we keep your prepared photo and delivery name/address encrypted in private fulfilment storage. An authorized Wayform operator can access them to review, print, cut and mail your photos. We do not need passport numbers, form answers, a birth date or identity documents for printing. We do not send the portrait to an AI service, outside photo lab or mail-label provider. The mail carrier sees the address on the envelope.

Server access to an unpaid packet expires after 24 hours. A paid packet expires within seven days of payment (and no later than eight days after creation). Files are deleted after dispatch or cancellation; an automatic cleanup removes expired files and refunds unfulfilled print payments. Sales stop if the deletion check is overdue. Minimal payment/status and consent records remain under our ordinary payment-record policy. Storage-provider backup and billing records follow their own retention rules; we do not promise instant deletion of provider backups.

Your digital service still does not store photos for later download. Its 30-day edit access does not extend print-file retention. The operator must delete downloaded copies and print spool files and clear printer history after fulfilment.

Cancellation, problems and refunds

Cancel from your photo purchase page before printing begins for a full refund of the $9.99 add-on. Afterwards, contact support for a delivery, quality or refund review. If we cannot fulfil the order before its file expires, we refund the print add-on. This never cancels or refunds the digital portion of your purchase automatically. Payment-provider processing time applies.

After returning to the photo purchase page, refresh print status to see payment, printing and dispatch updates. Use purchase recovery for your original digital order to regain access in another browser. Keep your print-order reference.
