What your purchase includes
Three adult photo slots, each for the original JPEG and exact application format reviewed before checkout. Each slot permits up to six export preparations during a shared 30-day window beginning when checkout starts. A JPEG and a print-sheet PDF each use one preparation. Saving an already prepared file does not use another. A failed server render restores its allowance. Slots do not verify anyone’s identity.
Returning and recovery
Keep the same original JPEG for each person. The service stores a one-way file digest and usage metadata to prevent replacing a slot with a different file; it does not store your photo. On returning or recovering the purchase, re-upload that same file. Recovery does not extend the deadline or reset usage. Formats cannot be changed after checkout begins.
Family photo previews and exports send your original JPEG, including any embedded metadata, to Wayform only after consent. We process it temporarily and do not save the image or generated file. A one-way file digest binds each paid slot to the same original; selected formats and export counts enforce the allowance. Expired slot digests are removed during later family checkout or download requests, so removal may occur after the access deadline. Payment records remain separate.
Scope
This first release supports the formats listed in the family uploader, for adult applicants. It does not support children, U.S. online passport renewal, government submission, delivered prints, photo retouching or an acceptance guarantee. Technical preparation does not replace the official photo rules. Obtain permission before processing another adult’s photo.
Problems and refunds
Review all previews before payment. If a paid slot cannot produce the promised technical output, contact support@wayform.io with your order reference; do not send sensitive documents. For a partial refund covering an unusable slot, the service-fee allocations are $4.00, $4.00 and $3.99 for the three slots. Any refund or dispute suspends the entire pack’s remaining download access; save working outputs before requesting a partial refund. This does not restrict full refunds or mandatory consumer rights. Government rejection by itself does not establish a technical preparation failure.
