Photo readiness checks
Check focus, shadows, background, expression and head position. We check format and dimensions, and file size when an official limit is published. Acceptance is decided by the authority.
These are file checks only. Face, lighting, background, age of the photo and editing history are not checked.
Use a real, recent photo. Avoid filters, retouching and generated faces. Background removal is not approved for these presets.
