For a request for paper temporary-resident-visa photos: two identical photos from the past six months, 35 × 45 mm minimum frame, 31–36 mm chin-to-crown, plain white or light background, and photographic paper. Do not retouch. Follow IRCC’s instructions if biometrics or an online upload are requested instead.
