Confirm the photo requirementsSamoa’s passport service requires two photographs; do not staple them. The identity certifier in Part B endorses the back of one photo. Complete and sign the official form and follow its parent or guardian consent requirements for children under 16. The ministry’s linked form does not establish exact dimensions or background and composition rules, so no export is enabled.
