For a Monaco long-stay visa submitted through the responsible French consular post, supply one recent colour 35 × 45 mm print. Follow France-Visas portrait guidance: plain light background, even lighting, clear front view, natural skin tones, open visible eyes, closed mouth and a neutral expression. The face should measure 32–36 mm from chin to the top of the head, with upper shoulders visible. Use a photo taken within six months and print on high-quality photographic paper. Complete the mandatory online form, print and sign it, and follow the consular appointment and biometric instructions. This is separate from Monaco passport photography and an online photo upload.
