For ordinary-passport renewal through the Vienna embassy, provide three identical front-facing 35 × 45 mm photographs on a white background. Do not write a name on the reverse. Print the two-copy sheet twice. Arrange the appointment, sign the application printed on both sides, and give fingerprints in front of the embassy official. Collect the passport personally. These supporting prints do not replace attendance or establish a visa-upload format.
35 × 45 mm printed photo · two copies on a 6 × 4 inch sheet. Not a digital application upload.
