After you download. Read all six pages of the London instructions. Print all four application pages at actual size on Letter paper (8.5 × 11 inches) with black capital-letter answers. Do not submit the instructions. Sign the page 1 box in blue ink; personally tick or circle the applicable section 7 declarations, enter your previous passport number there, and sign/date it. An eligible unrelated recommender who has known you for two years and has an official ink stamp must complete section 8 after you sign, and certify two of your four photos. Leave the office-use areas blank. Provide your original birth certificate, previous passport, applicable citizenship/civil-status evidence and copies of other valid passport biodata pages. First email the complete signed application, photo fronts/backs and supporting documents as password-free PDFs to consularaffairs@sknhc.co.uk for review. After review, post originals plus two additional copy sets, separately labelled, to ATTENTION – Consular Section, St. Kitts and Nevis High Commission, 10 Kensington Court, London W8 5DL. Write your email and telephone on the reverse. Pay the mission invoice when issued; arrange tracked return or collection following its instructions. Government and delivery fees are separate. No fast-track service is offered.
Four identical, separate 35 × 45 mm photos taken within six months against a plain white background. No glasses, glare, shadows or visible teeth. Follow the London instructions; the recommender signs and stamps two backs, leaving the other two blank. Do not attach photos to the form.
