Print all pages on A4 at actual size and bring the packet, original supporting documents and two suitable biometric photos to your appointment at the responsible German mission in the USA. Sign and date the application as instructed at your appointment; fingerprints are taken in person. Check the official checklist and fees for your mission. A name declaration, when required, must be resolved before the passport application.

Bring two identical recent biometric photos following the mission’s specifications. Do not cut them yourself. Photo services are separate.
