For confirmed Danish citizens aged 18 or over with a Danish CPR number, applying in person at a Danish mission abroad for an ordinary first passport or renewal. Covers at most one other nationality. Lost passports, emergency documents and unresolved nationality cases use the official service.

Print both pages on A4 at actual size. Sign and date section C by hand as instructed by the mission. Bring your most recent passport and the supporting documents listed on page 2; first applications and passports expired over two years need additional evidence. Submit in person at the responsible Danish mission. Check its appointment, photo and fee instructions. Leave the official-use area and child consent section blank.

Photo and biometric requirements depend on the Danish mission. Follow its instructions for photos, fingerprints and the in-person appointment.
