After you download. Print the application pages at actual size on white Letter paper. Sign and date both application pages by hand, including the place of signing on page 1. Enclose two identical, unaltered photos from a commercial photographer, every still-valid Canadian passport, and the government fee. If mailing and paying by card, complete the payment section on page 3 privately after printing. Check the official instructions for the correct submission location and current fee.
Canada requires commercial-photographer photos. Home-printed or digitally altered photos are not accepted. The photographer must put the studio address and date on the back of one photo. No Wayform photo purchase is needed for this application.
