Approval and disclosure
Enrollment requires Wayform approval. Share your own approved link with an honest description of this independent preparation service. Disclose that you may earn a referral commission. Do not claim government affiliation, acceptance guarantees or expedited processing. Do not use unsolicited bulk messages, misleading ads, self-referrals or manufactured purchases.
How credit works
Approved partners receive 20% of the paid USD product price, rounded down to the nearest cent per eligible order. Only verified live purchases made through your active link qualify. Test, self-referred, refunded and disputed purchases do not qualify. Email matching excludes known self-referrals; Wayform reviews abuse before settlement. Attribution relies on the referral link remaining in the checkout flow; cross-device or unlinked purchases may not be attributed.
Settlement
Credit has a 30-day hold from order creation and a $25 minimum settlement. Request a manual review at support@wayform.io. Payout method and any required business or tax information are arranged with the approved partner before payment. The workspace displays estimates, not an automatic payout promise. Later refunds or disputes reduce future balances, including after an earlier settlement; a negative balance carries forward.
Your workspace
Sign in with ChatGPT to manage your business name, website and default photo format. Your public referral page displays your business name. You have one owner account; do not share that sign-in. No customer files, staff access, prepaid credits or file vault are included in this pilot.
For an agency workspace, we store the signed-in owner identifier, a keyed email hash to exclude self-referrals, business name, optional website, default format, approval status, referral code and settlement records. The approved referral page displays the business name publicly. Orders can store a referral code for attribution. Partners receive aggregate results, not customer names, email addresses, photos or answers. Business and settlement records have no automatic deletion schedule. Contact support@wayform.io to correct details or request account closure; records needed for accounting or disputes may remain.
Suspension and support
Wayform may suspend new referrals for abuse, inaccurate claims or program closure. Legitimate accrued credit remains subject to reconciliation and these eligibility rules. Contact support@wayform.io to request closure or correct your business details. These pilot terms supplement the service terms and privacy policy.
