Ordinary tourists normally receive permission on arrival, subject to entry checks. Israeli passports are not accepted under the restriction effective 15 April 2025. U.S. or Indian residence does not override passport restrictions.

The national arrival and declaration process serves travellers departing from the U.S. and India; an embassy tourist application is not normally required. The declaration is free. Departure declarations were abolished from 15 August 2024.
